Beykimo
The dramatic story of the ship "Beykimo", for sure, is authentic and the authentic wandering exist also credible official reports. In the 1930s, this ship sailed for the Canadian company "Hudson Bey", and his usual route was Vancouver - the northern icy sea, where, during a short arctic flight, on the northern islands, the fur of polar animals.
July 1931. "Beykimo" went to his tenth navigation. The Captain of the ship John Cornvoll was an experienced sailor, but during the long sailing, trouble nosed one after the other. The first failure occurred on the ship's motor, and then, suddenly early the arrival of the winter, he found them in a dangerous northwest passage. One morning the ship won besieged with dangerous ice. He believes that the next few days will crush their ship, the crew decided to leave him and, along with the cargo fur, on the coast raises the improvised camp in which the next summer will wait.
The snowy blizzards lasted for months. When they finally got along, the crew consisted with horror that their ship was no longer in the place where they left it, and the search soon showed that "Beykimo" did not sink, nor did Led crush him. The ship just disappeared!
The mystery lasted three weeks, until one Eskimo did not let their ship, choked ice, located in eighty miles away from their camp. People hurried towards the marked place and indeed, at the twilight one day, they saw their ship. They decided to board and check the condition in the morning, but when they woke up in the morning - "Beykima" was no longer!
The re-disappearance of the ship would fall into oblivion of that on him, five months later, the famous Researcher Leslie Marvin did not.
