Apples "Black Diamond" from Tibet
Apples are usually red, green, yellow or a combination of that three colors, but when the real geographic conditions meet, they can also be dark purple, almost black. At least this is described by a variety of black diamond apples that grow only on the mountains of Tibet.
Many sun and very ultraviolet radiation contributed to crossing from red to a dark purple color. This should also be added to the altitude of the Ningchi province where they grow, as well as a drastic temperature difference between the day and night.
